Hi!

I'm Laura, and I write humorous, pun-filled picture books and spooky middle grade novels. I can also tap dance, tell terribly cheesy jokes, and bake a mean chocolate chip cookie.

When I'm not writing or reading books, you can usually find me in the kitchen (cooking up something delicious) or playing outside: hiking, kayaking, or hanging out in trees.

I live in upstate New York with my husband and daughters, two irritable cats, and several sagging bookshelves. I'm represented by James McGowan at BookEnds Literary.
